★★★★★3/5
Tony Armstrong's Extra-Ordinary Things is a charming film that offers a peek into the lives of Australians through their belongings. While the premise is intriguing, at times it feels a bit too leisurely, lacking the punch that some viewers might crave. Armstrong's friendly approach makes the film enjoyable, but there are moments when the pacing drags, leaving you wishing for a bit more urgency or depth in the storytelling. The anecdotes shared are heartfelt, though some may come off as predictable. Overall, it’s a pleasant watch if you're in the mood for something light-hearted and reflective, but it might not captivate everyone in the same way.
