★★★★★4/5
The Disruptors is a cleverly crafted film that captures the essence of friendship amidst chaos. Directed with a keen eye for detail, it balances humour and drama effectively. The performances by the leads, particularly in their comedic timing, shine throughout. Will's desperation and Glenn's eccentricity create a dynamic that is both relatable and engaging. The film explores the moral implications of their schemes, adding depth to what could have been a simple heist narrative. The pacing is brisk, keeping the audience invested, while the dialogue is sharp and witty. Overall, The Disruptors is a refreshing take on the buddy film genre, making it a worthwhile watch for those who appreciate character-driven stories.

★★★★★3/5
The Disruptors tries to mix laughs with a dose of drama, and while it mostly works, it occasionally stumbles. The premise of two friends trying to scam a billionaire sounds intriguing, but the execution feels a bit uneven. At times, the film delivers some genuinely funny moments, but it also drags in places where the plot seems to meander. The chemistry between Will and Glenn is palpable, but some character motivations feel underdeveloped. The direction is competent, but lacks the flair that could elevate this story. It’s entertaining enough for a casual watch, but it may not leave a lasting impression. If you're looking for a light film with some laughs, give it a go, but don't expect anything groundbreaking.
