★★★★★4/5
Pokémon Concierge offers a refreshing take on the beloved Pokémon universe, showcasing the lighter side of these iconic creatures. The film follows Haru, the new concierge, as she navigates the challenges of her role in the Pokémon Resort. The animation is vibrant and engaging, perfectly capturing the charm of each Pokémon guest. The character development is commendable, particularly Haru's growth as she learns to connect with the Pokémon in her care. The narrative, while simple, effectively conveys themes of friendship and support, making it a delightful watch for families. However, some may find the plot somewhat predictable. Overall, Pokémon Concierge is a joyful addition to the Pokémon franchise that delivers heartwarming moments and a sense of adventure.

Pokémon Concierge is a sweet, if somewhat familiar, entry into the Pokémon world. Haru's journey as a concierge at the Pokémon Resort is filled with adorable moments and charming interactions with various Pokémon. While the film's heart is in the right place, it sometimes feels like it's playing it safe with its story. The emotional beats are there, but they don't always land with the impact one might hope for. The animation is bright and fun, making it visually appealing, especially for younger viewers. However, for older fans seeking deeper narratives, Pokémon Concierge may come across as lacking in substance. It's a pleasant watch, just not quite as memorable as some of its predecessors.
