★★★★★4/5
All Men Are Wicked, directed by Mike Hansen, presents a gripping narrative steeped in the classic Western tradition while also introducing a modern twist. The film centres on three outlaws who find themselves in a dire predicament after being accused of robbing a stagecoach. This premise sets the stage for a tense exploration of morality, loyalty, and survival in an unforgiving landscape. The performances by the lead trio are commendable, each bringing a unique flair to their characters that adds depth to the story. The film's pacing is well-executed, with moments of dark humour interspersed among the action, creating a balanced tone that keeps viewers engaged. Cinematographically, the desert setting is beautifully captured, enhancing the film's overall aesthetic. While it may not break new ground in the genre, All Men Are Wicked is a solid addition that will satisfy fans of Westerns and character-driven narratives alike.

★★★★★3/5
All Men Are Wicked is an interesting ride, but it doesn't quite hit the mark for me. The film starts strong with a compelling setup: three outlaws, hogtied and hanging upside down in the desert, accused of a crime they may not have committed. However, as the story unfolds, it sometimes feels like it loses its way. The characters are intriguing, but I wish they were more fleshed out; there’s potential that feels underexplored. The tone shifts between dark comedy and tense drama, which can be jarring at times. While I appreciated the cinematography and some clever dialogue, the film ultimately left me wanting more substance. If you're a Western fan, it might be worth a watch, but don't expect it to be a classic.
