The premise is solid, with Kim San and Pak Doochill's uneasy alliance at the heart of the plot, but at times, it felt like the film skimmed over some emotional beats that could have made it truly impactful. The performances are commendable, especially from the lead, who captures the desperation of San well. However, the pacing dips in places, and some scenes drag on a bit too long.
