The film kicks off with a nail-biting scenario as our pilot hero, played by Gerard Butler, navigates through a storm, and things only get crazier from there. Sure, it’s got all the clichés of an action flick: the tough protagonist, the menacing villains, and plenty of explosions. But sometimes, that’s exactly what you want! The action sequences are intense, and the stakes feel high, but the plot can be a bit predictable. While the film does a decent job of keeping you entertained, it doesn’t break new ground in storytelling. The performances are solid, but I found myself craving a bit more character development. Still, if you’re looking for an escape and enjoy a good rescue mission, Plane delivers just enough excitement to keep you watching. Show less
