How to Get Netflix for Free

What? You want free Netflix? Has anyone told you it’s a paid subscription service? Oh, that’s why you want it for free. We definitely have the recipe to fulfil your desire!

Let’s get down to business and find out how to get Netflix for free. The first method to get Netflix is to decide how you want to receive the service. There are many ways Netflix can be acquired – through a web browser, a mobile phone or tablet, or a HDTV that has a Netflix app built in. There’s also Apple TV, Telstra TV and similar devices which can stream Netflix. You can also choose to stream the service through your gaming consoles like the PS4, Xbox One or the Wii, which have the Netflix application that allows you to sign in.

You can also stream the service through a Blu-Ray Player that has an internet connection and the Netflix app. After logging in to the website or through the application, you can click the ‘Start Your Free Month’ trial button and input your email ID and password. Then it will require you to provide your PayPal account info or credit card number. This will sign you up for the free service for the whole month and since the service does not charge any fee for the first month, you have free Netflix access to enjoy.

You can also sign up for the Netflix account anonymously by signing up for the service for a month by using any prepaid card you can buy from any supermarket or the local gas station, but this can only be done on a computer because the console applications only allow the users to sign up with one account.

After getting a prepaid credit card, you can sign up for the service using a different email address and will have to create a new user account if you have already signed up. But instead of PayPal or your personal credit card information, you will have to provide details of the prepaid credit card and voila! You are signed up for a monthly free subscription of Netflix.

The only down side, of course, is that you’ll have to cancel your account each month and start a new one – but that’s the price of free! If you get tired of losing your favourites and your viewing history, at least the monthly subscription fee works out to less than a cup of coffee per week – and after you’ve enjoyed your free month you’ll probably decide that you’d rather have the Netflix than the coffee!
