What Happens to Unused Data?
There’s no minimum term with OVO as all plans are prepaid. However, your data allowance expires every 30 days and there’s no rollover of unused data. The same goes for your calling allowance as well. But if you run out of your allocated data, you can choose to top up.
With this in mind, you can always change your plan if you realize that your need for mobile data is changing. OVO will also send you notifications to inform you when you hit 50%, 85% and 100% of your data and/or calling allowances.
Customers get a combination of mobile data plus OVO Time. Your data allowance takes care of your online needs such as email or browsing the internet. It’s a separate allowance to OVO Time – the hours spent on data-free radio and sports content from OVO’s media partners which you can access via OVOPlay.

Are there Cancellation Fees?
