Foxtel has just tweaked its broadband prices to offer lower costs for existing customers – whether they want a 200GB plan or unlimited data. Moreover, the telco is also currently offering NBN connections on HFC, expanding the availability of their NBN services.
Foxtel unveiled dramatic new pricing for its broadband plans. This move enhances Foxtel’s broadband offering, further lowering the barriers for customers looking for the best in entertainment coupled with quality broadband.
Platinum HD customers can add an unlimited broadband plan to their subscription, with home phone, for just $65 extra per month. The offer comes with no lock-in contract and no set up costs. If you have any other Foxtel TV package, you can add the unlimited broadband plan for $75/month extra. As for the 200GB plan, you can add it to your subscription for $65/month extra if you already have a TV pack and $55/month extra if you’re a Platinum HD customer.
Foxtel Broadband puts entertainment at its core. It’s been recognised by YouTube as offering a seamless HD experience for video streaming. Plus, with Foxtel Broadband you have no data download limits for Foxtel content – including Foxtel On Demand, the Foxtel app, and Foxtel Now.
Furthermore, Foxtel expanded its availability of NBN services, now including access to Hybrid Fibre Coaxial (HFC), alongside Fibre-to-the-Node (FTTN), Fibre-to-the-Building (FTTB) and Fibre-to-the-Premise (FTTP) serviceable areas across Australia. Foxtel’s ADSL Broadband bundles are NBN ready, meaning current and new customers on Foxtel ADSL Broadband plans will be able to easily switch their service to the NBN network without needing to recontract.
As for new customers, the telco is offering the 200GB Broadband + Entertainment Bundle for $91/month and the Unlimited Broadband + Entertainment Bundle for $101/month. Platinum HD bundles will cost you $192/month with 200GB or $202/month with unlimited data.
New Foxtel customers also get a free 32″ Hisense TV when they sign up for a TV + broadband bundle online. This offer is valid until 04-11-2017 or while stocks last.
