Foxtel announced launch of Triple Play; Television, Broadband and Fixed-Line Telephony

Foxtel has announced that they’ll be providing a bundling package that consists of TV, broadband and fixed-line telephony services using Telstra’s ADSL and National Broadband Network (NBN). This service will go head to head with the likes of Telstra, Optus and Fetch TV.

Although this won’t launch until end of 2014, you’d expect the many benefits behind this offering to be given first access to existing customers. This venture will ensure new and existing customers get:

–        one bill for TV, internet and phone line rental

–        a single source contact point for all technical and customer service enquiries

–        access to Foxtel’s added value services like Foxtel GO and On Demand through their home broadband connection
