Fetch TV launches new Skinny channel packs


Fetch TV is allowing users more control over what content they’re paying for. The pay TV service just announced the launch of four new “Skinny” channels packs, each costing only $6/month. The platform is also offering clients 10 new premium channels that weren’t previously available.


The channel packs will be available from Monday and include premium content from leading channel providers including Disney, ESPN, BBC, NBC, Universal, Viacom, Nickelodeon, Turner, Fox Networks Group, and Scripps, among others.

Clients can choose from Kids (10 channels), Knowledge (17), Vibe (13) and Variety (9). Each of them are priced at $6/month. Moreover, a new Ultimate Pack comprising all 49 channels is now also available for the discounted price of $20/month. Existing subscribers will be able to remain on their current pack or migrate to the new options.

The new packs will include ten channels not currently available in the existing Fetch TV Entertainment Pack. These are: Disney XD, Cartoon Network, Boomerang, CBeebies, ZooMoo, 13th Street, MTV Classic, 111 Very Funny, Edge Sports, and Garage TV. Additional channel launches are planned for later this year.

Here’s a rundown of each channels available with the new packs:

  • Kids: Disney Channel, Disney Junior, Nickelodeon, Nick Jr., Cartoon Network, Boomerang, Disney XD, Cbeebies, ZooMoo, BabyTV
  • Knowledge: National Geographic, Nat Geo People, Nat Geo Wild, BBC Knowledge, HGTV, Food Network, Travel Channel, BBC World News, CNN, CNBC, Bloomberg, France 24, Al Jazeera, EuroNews, Channel NewsAsia, CGTN, NDTV 24×7
  • Vibe: E!, Style, FashionTV, Comedy Central, Spike, Egg Network, MTV, MTV Music, MTV Dance, ESPN, ESPN2, Edge, Garage
  • Variety: Universal Channel, 13th Street, SyFy, BBC First, BBC UKTV, TV Hits, 111 Very Funny, MTV Classic, CMusic

Fetch TV is Australia’s second largest pay TV platform offering subscribers easy access to content in varying formats from a wide range of providers on one interface.
