Champions Trophy 2017
Live TV Guide

The 2017 ICC Champions Trophy promises to be one of the most exciting yet, with the world’s best venturing to England to battle it out for one of the sports’ top prizes, the Champions trophy of Cricket, along with bragging rights for the next four years.

At Comparetv we’ll be visiting every key match available on live TV so you need not miss a minute of the action, and sharing the latest online streaming or Free Champions Trophy Trial offers so you can stay connected to your favourite team no matter what’s on your schedule.

2017 Champions Trophy

The 2017 ICC Champions Trophy will see the top seven teams from across the globe venture to England and Wales, where the host country will join them in a mini ‘World Cup’. The tournament starts on 1 June, and includes 15 day/night matches. The participating countries are Australia, India, New Zealand, Pakistan, England, South Africa, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. The top four teams will then proceed to the Semi-finals on June 15, with the winners meeting in the Champions Trophy Final on June 18. The defending champs are India, who narrowly defeated England just four years ago.

Champions Trophy Preview

Hope is well and truly over Australia after their success in the 2015 Cricket World Cup, which included a victory over their nemesis the New Zealand Black Caps in the Final. Australia are hard fit after a recent India series where they showed flashes of brilliance throughout, and will be looking for their third Champions Trophy title after not making the Semi-finals four years ago.

It should also be noted that host nations do not have much success in the Champions Trophy, so that does not bode well for England. South Africa will enter the number one ranked side in ODI Cricket, with Australia and India also expected to do quite well. The Australian public love their Cricket, so there’s much pressure on the team to advance far and share in the excitement generated by having the Champions Trophy across the pond.
